Each year, the Muskogee District holds its annual District Banquet to show recognition to those volunteers who have given selflessly of their time and energies to provide a meaningful program to Scouts in all phases of the program.  This allows the district to express appreciation to the Scout Leaders and Committee Members for their efforts to make Scouting a successful program in their units and the district.
