Check-In & Pit Crew begins at 9:30 - 10:30 AM
Race Starts at 11:00 AM 

$15 Early Bird rate per Racer for Championship Race 
$15 Early Bird rate per Racer for Open Class/Family Race
$22.00 Regular Rate if you register after 3/11/2025

All racers must be registered prior to race date
NO ONSITE REGISTRATION

District Pinewood Derby Winners are invited to compete in the Championship race!
All Cub Scout District Winners that placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd within their Den at the District Race are eligible to race in the Championship Race.
Do you have the Fastest car in Chattahoochee Council?

Open Class Race race is open for all Cub Scouts that did not place but wish to try again.
Open Race is also open to any other youth/siblings, Scouts BSA, or adults who wish to race. 

Open races do not qualify for Championship Awards.

Early Discount
Before 3/12/2025 a discount of $7.00 will apply to all Cub Scout Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund will be granted if requested on or before March 12, 2025. A 50% refund will be granted if requested after March 13, 2025 through March 18, 2025. All refund requests must be in writing to scarlet.guzman@scouting.org No refunds will be processed if requested after April 18, 2025. Refunds do not include credit card convenience fees and will be mailed in the form of a check after the event is complete.
